Week 1: Sept 1 - Sept 4, 2009 - Due by midnight September 4, 2009
1. Icebreaker: During this first week of school, lets get to know each other. Post your answers, and response to at least 2 classmates - preferably someone you didn't already know.
Click on the 'Icebreaker' link above, when you get to the icebreaker discussion forum, respond to your class period's discussion thread.
The instructions for participation are included in the ice breaker. Log in with user name/password: penguin/penguin; be sure to place your name in your post so I know to whom each post belongs.
2. Technology Survey: Please take this EXTRA CREDIT Technology Survey. Not only will you receive Extra Credit points for it, but it will also give you some control over the assignments you will get in class this year!!! :) Click on the Technology Survey link above; use the control key while you click to have it open in a separate window.
3. Science Safety Quiz: Take the Science Safety Quiz. by Friday September 4, at midnight. This is REQUIRED. You will receive a partial score when you complete it, I will be grading the last two questions over the weekend.
